RETURN POLICY
Recycle Performance is a web based company that specializes in selling pre-owned, new old stock, blemished, and factory take-off inventory. Because our inventory is comprised of pre-owned components, we do not accept returns. All of our inventory is sold "as is". Rest assured that every item on Recycle Performance is thoroughly inspected before it is listed. Our item descriptions are very accurate to help eliminate any confusion when making purchases with Recycle Performance. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING
Recycle Performance offers Worldwide shipping. We use both Fed-Ex and the United States Postal Service for our shipments. We use both carriers to expand our shipping options and minimize your shipping fees. Your package will be sent via the most inexpensive shipping method. We charge our customers our actual shipping rates. Don't be surprised to see a shipping refund from Recycle Performance. All shipments are F.O.B. Anaheim, Ca.

PRODUCT COVERAGE
All products listed and/or sold on Recycle Performance.com are sold "as is". Marine Industries West LLC does not express or imply any form of warranty or product coverage on goods listed and/or sold. Recycle Performance is strictly a service provider to centrally collect and offer pre-owned products for sale.

Recycle Performance does not suggest a specific usage of any product. All goods sold are purchased at the buyer's discretion for that products potential usage. Marine Industries West LLC does not certify that any part listed for sale and/or sold is in perfect working condition. Although we go through great lengths to insure all products that are sold are in good working order, some problems can go undetected. Marine Industries West LLC will not be held liable in the case of any consequential damages, damage to property, damage for loss of use and/or time, or any other incidental damages that may occur from a product malfunction and or failure. Because all products are sold "as is", Marine Industries West LLC burdens no responsibilities and/or liabilities beyond completing the transaction by shipping the requested product(s).
