Brand new 1/2" quick pin cleats. These are very strong and can be used for hanging fenders and/or boat tie up. The base that mounts into the boat requires a 1" hole and has a 1.5" diameter head. These cleats are constructed of all stainless steel. 7/8" inside diameter on the rope eyelet.
